Riverflow Yoga gets a nod from a top women's nutritionist...who is also a Riverflow Yoga student and hot yoga enthusiast.

Here's a little of what she says about Riverflow Yoga and Hot 26 Yoga we offer:

When you are stretching and holding positions you’ve never done before, and the room is hot and quiet except for the instructor’s voice, your mind can wreak havoc on you. As I fell out of poses, my mind chastised me at first. I tried to talk myself out of being able to ever do yoga, for I was competitive in most things I do.

But as I focused and continued to stretch and warm to the methods....I felt my mind quiet a bit, and felt my breath deepen as I deepened my stretches. I felt muscles warming and lengthening.

Oh, sure, my knees shook and my ankles quivered on the standing poses, but I focused on the mirrors and the instructor’s voice, and on the wonderful feeling that was spreading through my body.

Before I knew it, the class was finished, and I was sweaty, calm, and at peace. Wow.
